Our cutting-edge solutions have transformed the food waste management processes for leading international hotel chains such as Accor, Hyatt, and Four Seasons, resulting in significant environmental and operational benefits. As we embark on our ambitious expansion into the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Sales and Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth and client acquisition efforts in this key market.


Key Responsibilities:

– Market Penetration: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to introduce Lumitics’ innovative solutions to the MENA market.

– Client Acquisition: Identify and target prospective clients within the hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and other food service establishments.

– Relationship Building: Forge and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs and position Lumitics’; solutions as the best choice.

– Sales Process Management: Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.

– Collaboration: Work closely with our product and customer success teams to tailor our offerings to meet the unique requirements of clients in the MENA region.

– Market Insights: Provide valuable market insights and feedback to inform product development and strategic decision-making.

– Brand Representation: Represent Lumitics at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to raise awareness and generate leads.



– Based in the MENA region.

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth in the Middle East, preferably within the hospitality, technology sector, or F&B.

– Deep understanding of the MENA market dynamics, including cultural nuances, regulatory landscape, and industry trends.

– Strong network of contacts within the hospitality or F&B industries in the MENA region, with the ability to leverage existing relationships to generate business opportunities.

– Willingness to travel within the MENA region to meet with prospects in person, cultivate strong business relationships, and close deals.

– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Proficiency in English is a must, with additional languages (Arabic, French) being a plus.

– Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving positive change.
